1. Using a web proxy
One of the fastest way to access the site that has blocked is using a web proxy. You can search the web proxy with the most reliable Google search and enter the keyword "web proxy". For example I use www.guardster.com / subscription / proxy_free.php. After finding the site provider of proxy, you can enter the web address / URL that you want to visit. One of disadvantage using the web proxy is slower because the page that you request must pass through open proxies before its transfer to your computer.
2. Using a proxy server IP
According to Wikipedia, Proxy server is a computer server or a computer program that can act as the other computers to make requests of the content from the Internet or intranet.
Proxy servers act as a gateway to the world of the Internet to every client computer. Proxy servers are not visible to the client computer. A user who interact with the Internet through a proxy server will not know that a proxy server to handle requests that are being carried out. Web server that receives requests from the proxy server will request the chance of passing, as if the request came directly from the client computer, not from the proxy server.
Next steps for the proxy server settings, with my favorite browser Mozilla Firefox: 1. Open Mozilla Firefox 2. click the Tools menu, select Options 3. Select the Advanced tab, select the Network tab, select settings 4. Select Manual proxy configurations 5. Enter the IP proxy server, eg: 203144160248 port: 8080. 6. Check on the use of this proxy for all protocols. 7. Visit the sites that want to open, eg http://mydigitalcity.blogspot.com.
To find the IP Proxy Server use the Google search engine and enter the keyword "free proxy server". Choose the IP that has a good connection with trial and error, and seek from the nearest your country.
