1. Log in to your Google Gmail account with your username and password.
2. Click the "Gear" icon at the upper right corner of the page, and select "Mail Settings."
3. Go to the "Accounts and Import" tab, and click the "Add POP3 Email Account" button. A pop-up box will appear on your screen.
4. Type your full email address in the "Email Address" text field, and click the "Next Step" button. On the next page, Gmail will automatically populate the best settings for your email provider.
5. Type your password for your email account in the "Password" field, and click the "Add Account" button. Gmail will now import all your emails from the other service provider. You are able to read and reply to messages at this point by going to your Gmail inbox.
